Embassy of Belarus in Russia announced death of Belarusian national injured in Crocus City Hall
The press service of the Belarusian Embassy in Russia stated that Alim Koshevarov, a Belarusian national, who was injured in the terrorist attack in Crocus City Hall, died in hospital
“The Embassy of Belarus in Russia regrets to announce the death of Alim Koshevarov, a Belarusian national born in 1981, who received multiple bullet wounds during a monstrous terrorist attack in Krasnogorsk near Moscow on March 22nd, 2024,” the press service informed.
“We are sincerely grateful to the doctors of the Botkin Hospital in Moscow, who fought to the last for the life of the severely wounded Belarusian. Ambassador of Belarus to Russia Dmitry Krutoi expressed deep condolences to the relatives of the deceased. The embassy provides all necessary assistance, including the transport of Alim Koshevarov's body to his homeland,” the press service added.
As the media reported earlier with reference to an employee of the security service of Crocus City Hall, Alim Koshevarov worked in the security of the concert hall. At the time of the tragedy, he was on the first line, next to one of the doorframes through which the terrorists went, and he was one of the first to suffer.
