During his joint press conference with the President of France and the Chancellor of Germany, Mr. Duda noted, “Ukraine is waiting for a clear signal about its NATO membership prospects. This is one of our most important tasks."

According to the Polish leader, the issue of providing Ukraine with security guarantees is currently being discussed in NATO at the highest level. “I hope the upcoming NATO summit in Vilnius will bring Ukraine good news that its future in NATO is clearly visible, that the light at the end of the tunnel will appear thanks to our decisions to be taken in Vilnius," he added.

The North Atlantic Alliance summit is scheduled to be held in the Lithuanian capital on July 11th-12th.
