The first round of negotiations took place in the summer of 2023, and it is planned that a new joint route will be launched in 2024.
“We discussed the possibility of charter and regular flights between Minsk and Makhachkala, because there is a great interest on the part of the Belarusian population in the Republic of Dagestan. We are a very interesting region and have something to show, something to surprise with," Anna Bezrukova, the Deputy Minister for Tourism and Folk Arts of Dagestan, said.
