Defence Ministry: Belarus, Zimbabwe sharing common views on many topical international issues
Major General Leonid Kasinsky, the Assistant to the Defence Minister for Ideological Work in the Armed Forces, Chief of the Main Ideological Directorate at Belarus’ Defence Ministry, has met with a delegation from the Republic of Zimbabwe, sb.by reports with reference to the Belarusian Defence Ministry’s Telegram channel
The two sides discussed issues of co-operation in the information sphere.
Leonid Kasinsky thanked the representatives of the delegation for accepting the invitation to visit our country and expressed confidence that Belarus-Zimbabwe co-operation will fruitfully develop and strengthen.
“Belarus and Zimbabwe consistently defend their national interests, and we are brought together by shared positions on many topical international issues. This is the economic policy of the leadership of our states and the unity of views on the establishment of a just world order based on the development of multipolarity and non-interference in internal affairs,” the Major General underlined.
Leonid Kasinsky added that in the context of the information war unleashed against our country, information support for the activities of the Armed Forces directly is becoming one of the most important. He also stressed that the information activity system created in the Belarusian army makes it possible to ensure the dominance of official information of the Defence Ministry in the information field of the country and beyond.
