Crimean authorities consider Kiev reservoir might be exploded by Ukraine
The current Ukrainian authorities may go to explode the Kiev water reservoir when they realise that they are losing control of the country – as stated by the Head of the Crimean Parliament, Vladimir Konstantinov, RIA Novosti reports
In his talk with the Rossiya 24 TV channel, the official said, “They have accused us many times that we can blow up the Kiev reservoir. My prediction is that they will do it themselves when they realise that their power is slipping out of their hands. They will flood the whole of Kiev, and they will go to their places of permanent residence: these are European countries. They will virtually disappear. This is a scenario that is already visible.”
In addition, Mr. Konstantinov said that Kiev had just worked out the actions to undermine the dam when doing the same with the Kakhovka hydroelectric power plant.
