According to Luis Gilberto Murillo, ‘Colombia is looking with great interest at what is happening with BRICS now’. He noted that ‘the association offers an alternative point of view’.

The Colombian Foreign Minister added that the state is looking for ‘access to financing in order to create better conditions in the country’.
