Chinese Defence Minister arrived in Belarus

The official visit of Colonel-General Li Shangfu, member of the CPC Central Military Commission, State Councillor, Defence Minister of the People's Republic of China, to Belarus has begun, the Defence Ministry reports in its Telegram channel

Earlier, it was reported that meetings with the leadership of the Belarusian Defence Ministry are planned during the visit to focus on topical issues of bilateral military co-operation in areas of mutual interest. 

In addition, Li Shangfu is scheduled to visit several military facilities of the Armed Forces of Belarus.
