China opposes any kind of trade or technological war under the pretext of competing with US

China has said it does not want to enter into a technological or trade confrontation with the United States, TASS reports

Chinese Ambassador to the United States Xie Feng told the Aspen Security Forum that, “China is opposed to any kind of trade war or technological war under the pretext of competition. China does not shy away from competition but the definition of competition defined by the US side, I think is not fair.”

He also said that the relationships between China and the United States are facing serious difficulties and challenges, “Honestly, the relationship between China and the United States is going through hard times.”
