BELAZ dump truck set all-Russian record for transporting rock mass
The team of operators of the Bachatsky coal mine of the Kuzbassrazrezugol company transported a record amount of rock mass on a BELAZ-75306 dump truck, the BELAZ media centre reported
“The cargo turnover of a 220-tonne dump truck in March amounted to 1,653,428 tonne-kilometres – an absolute record!” the company informed.
In turn, the Kuzbassrazrezugol company noted that the record was set by Vyacheslav Kushvid's brigade, comprising four miners whose work experience in the industry ranges from three to more than 30 years. Now, the brigade has entered the history of Kuzbassrazrezugol, as well as the legendary miner Nikolai Putintsev, whose name the record-breaking dump truck bears.
“The miners dedicated the record to the 60th anniversary of our company, received gifts and awards for high production achievements,” the Russian company added.
The miners also received gifts and awards from the BELAZ Trading House, the general distributor of BELAZ JSC in Russia, and the BELAZ-24, the official representative of the Belarusian enterprise.
“Our company uses the most modern and highly productive equipment, but only the professionalism of our miners, their teamwork and excellent knowledge of their business allow them to effectively use the potential of mining equipment and achieve high performance,” the Production Director of the Kuzbassrazrezugol Management Company, Roman Smirnov, commented on the miners' achievement.
