Belarusian scientists sign agreements in innovation area at InnoWeek.Uz-2022
The Belarusian delegation has signed a number of agreements and memorandums at the InnoWeek.Uz-2022 international week of innovative ideas in Tashkent – as reported on the website of the Belarusian Foreign Ministry
As part of the delegation, the event – which was dedicated to the Green Innovations for Sustainable Development, was also attended by Belarusian Ambassador to Uzbekistan Leonid Marinich.
A delegation of Belarusian scientists consisting of a member of the Presidium of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, academician-secretary Aleksandr Shumilin, academician-secretary Sergei Shcherbakov and Rector of the Graduate School of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus Marat Zhilinsky held talks with colleagues and visited research institutions in Uzbekistan while also taking an active part in the work of conferences and forums on science, green innovation and sustainable development.
A range of agreements and memorandums was signed with the Ministry of Innovative Development, as well as a memorandum of understanding with the leadership of the Uzbek Centre of Advanced Technologies.
Representatives of more than 50 foreign countries, over 100 companies and 40 foreign organisations took part in this year’s InnoWeek events.
