Belarusian delegation for Children of Asia Games approved
This year’s first meeting of the Executive Committee of the National Olympic Committee (NOC) of Belarus was held at the NOC headquarters – as reported in the NOC press service
The main issue was the approval of the composition of the Belarusian delegation for the 2nd Children of Asia Winter International Sports Games, which will be held in the Kemerovo Region of the Russian Federation from February 23rd to March 5th.
The Belarusian team comprises of 68 athletes aged under 16 in the following sports: ice hockey, snowboarding, ski jumping, cross-country skiing, figure skating, speed skating and alpine skiing. It is planned that, taking into account the coaching, medical and administrative staff in general, the Belarusian delegation will include 94 people.
At the meeting of the executive committee, other issues of the NOC activities were also discussed.
