Belarus, Vietnam discussed bilateral military co-operation and ways of its development

Belarus’ Defence Minister, Lieutenant General Viktor Khrenin, held talks in Moscow with Vietnam's Minister of National Defence, Army General Phan Van Giang, the Belarusian Defence Ministry reports in its Telegram channel

The parties exchanged views on the security situation in the world and on the military-political situation in the European region.

The heads of the military departments also discussed in detail the current state of bilateral military co-operation and ways of its further development.

Following the meeting, mutual interest was expressed in intensifying contacts in the military sphere.
