Belarus to negotiate with Vietnam on visa abolition draft agreement
The President of Belarus, Aleksandr Lukashenko, signed Decree No. 383, by which he approved – as a basis for negotiations – a draft intergovernmental agreement between Belarus and Vietnam on the abolition of visas for holders of national passports – as reported by the Belarusian leader’s press service
The Foreign Ministry is authorised to conduct negotiations and sign a document upon reaching an agreement within the approved draft.
By another decree, the President approved, as a basis for negotiations, a draft agreement between Belarus and Vietnam on the transfer of persons sentenced to imprisonment for further serving their sentences. The Interior Ministry is authorised to negotiate and sign a document when an agreement is reached within the limits of the approved draft.
