Belarus, Syria discussed military co-operation

The Department of International Military Co-operation of Belarus’ Defence Ministry held an accreditation meeting with the Military Attaché at the Embassy of the Syrian Arab Republic in the Republic of Belarus, Brigadier General Bassam Khamidi, as well as a meeting with Rear Admiral Bassem Al-Awam on the occasion of the completion of his mission as a military diplomat in Belarus, sb.by reports with reference to the Defence Ministry’s press service

According to the source, the parties exchanged views on issues on the international agenda, discussed the current state of military co-operation between the defence departments of the two countries, and also discussed in detail the immediate plans and opportunities for their implementation.
