Belarus, Pakistan discussed further strengthening of partnership in economy and other areas

On April 29th, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Islamic Republic of Pakistan Andrei Metelitsa met with Pakistan’s Federal Minister for Economic Affairs Ahad Khan Cheema, sb.by reports with reference to the Belarusian Foreign Ministry’s press service

During the meeting, the parties discussed the current state of Belarusian-Pakistani economic relations, including the implementation of the protocol of the sixth meeting of the Belarusian-Pakistani intergovernmental commission on trade-economic co-operation, held in Minsk in January 2023.

The two sides also confirmed their mutual interest in further strengthening the partnership between Belarus and Pakistan in the economy and other areas.
