Belarus interested in increasing food supplies to Turkiye

Co-operation with Turkiye in the field of agriculture is developing dynamically, and this was recognised at a meeting of Belarus’ Agriculture and Food Minister Anatoly Linkevich with the Turkish Ambassador to Belarus, Güçlü Cem Işık, sb.by reports with reference to the department’s press service

The Agriculture and Food Ministry informed that the trade turnover between Belarus and Turkiye stood at the level of 107.2 percent in 2023 against the 2022 figures.

"Belarus is interested in further increasing the volume of supplies of high-quality food products to Turkiye, primarily dairy — butter, cheeses, skimmed and whole milk powder, baby food – and meat products (beef and poultry meat)," the source said.
