Belarus’ Consulate General to open in Mumbai (India) – as reported by the National Legal Internet Portal

The decision is guided by Resolution No. 525 as of September 13^th of the Council of Ministers. The Consulate General is to start its operation by December 31^st, 2021.

The Finance Ministry will cover the costs of opening and maintaining the Belarusian diplomatic mission. Financing will be based on the funds provided by the Republican budget to the Foreign Ministry for these purposes.

The decree came into force on September 15^th, 2021.
