Belarus’ Foreign Minister: no threat or aggression from Belarus’ territory
There will be no threat coming from the territory of Belarus and no aggression can be committed – as stated by Belarus’ Foreign Minister Sergei Aleinik in an interview with RIA Novosti
Sergei Aleinik recalled that Belarus has always been and remains a peace-loving state.
“There has never been and will never be a threat coming from the territory of Belarus. According to our Constitution, no aggression can be committed from the territory of Belarus. These are postulates that are unshakable,” he noted.
The Foreign Minister added that the National Security Concept and the Military Doctrine – adopted at the Belarusian People’s Congress – clearly spell out Belarus’ possibility and ability to ensure its security and defence capacity with all available forces and means, which also include allied relations with Russia and interaction between the two states’ defence ministries.
