Belarus’ FM, Indian Ambassador discussed prospects of Belarusian-Indian relations

Belarus’ Foreign Minister Maksim Ryzhenkov met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of India to the Republic of Belarus, Alok Ranjan Jha, sb.by reports with reference to Belarus’ Foreign Ministry

The parties discussed the state and prospects of Belarusian-Indian relations, topical issues on the bilateral agenda.

Special attention was paid to trade and economic issues and the implementation of joint initiatives in preparation for the 12th meeting of the Belarusian-Indian intergovernmental commission on co-operation in the field of the economy, trade, industry, science, technology and culture in Minsk.

The parties also agreed to co-ordinate work and schedule contacts within the framework of upcoming events on the side-lines of international organisations (UN, SCO, BRICS).
