Belarus’ exposition on display at China-Eurasia Expo

The Belinterexpo exhibition company of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry is presenting the Made in Belarus exposition as part of the 8th International China-Eurasia Expo, held from June 26th-30th in Urumqi (Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region of the People’s Republic of China)

China-Eurasia Expo is a large-scale comprehensive exhibition in the region, aiming to develop joint international trade-economic projects.

The Belarusian delegation to the forum is headed by Belarus’ Agriculture and Food Minister Sergei Bartosh.

This year, Belarus and China celebrated the 32nd anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations. According to the results of trade-economic co-operation in 2023, the trade between the two countries totalled $8.44bn – a significant increase against $5.8bn recorded in 2022.

“The Chinese organisers attach special importance to the participation of Belarusian enterprises and companies in the exposition forum, which expands the geography of Belarus’ representation in large provinces and regions of China,” Belinterexpo Director Natalia Kurash said.

Famous associations, brands and companies are represented at the exhibition as part of the Made in Belarus exposition.

“The participation of Belarusian enterprises in China-Eurasia Expo continues the comprehensive calendar map of exhibition events in the People’s Republic of China. In November 2024, a large-scale pavilion – in the format of the Made in Belarus national exposition – will go on show in Shanghai at the China International Import Expo,” Belinterexpo added.
