Belarus, Equatorial Guinea approved agreement on mutual recognition of educational documents

By resolution of the Council of Ministers of Belarus dated February 21st, 2024, an agreement between the governments of the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Equatorial Guinea on mutual recognition of educational documents has been approved, sb.by reports, citing the National Legal Internet Portal

The agreement between the governments of the two countries was signed on December 9th, 2023, in Malabo. The Council of Ministers of Belarus decided to approve the agreement guided by Article 21 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus On International Treaties of the Republic of Belarus as of July 23rd, 2008.

The Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs will send a notification to Equatorial Guinea regarding the completion of the necessary domestic procedures in Belarus for the agreement to enter into force.
