Belarus, Egypt exchanged views on prospects of BRICS development
The Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Arab Republic of Egypt, Sergei Terentiev, met with the Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Arab Republic of Egypt for International and Regional Multilateral Economic Affairs, Ragui El-Etreby, sb.by reports with reference to the Belarusian Foreign Ministry’s press service
The parties exchanged views on the prospects for the development of BRICS. They also discussed the possibilities of expanding Belarusian-Egyptian co-operation within the framework of participation in the association’s initiatives.
"The parties noted the similarity of the positions of Belarus and Egypt regarding the role of this organisation in strengthening the multipolar world order and building a new economic system," the press service added.
