Belarus and Turkey shared views on military liaisons

The Chief of the International Military Co-operation Department, Assistant to the Defence Minister for Foreign Military Policy, Major General Oleg Voinov, has met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Turkey to the Republic of Belarus, Mustafa Ozcan, and the Military Attaché at the Turkish Embassy in Belarus, Colonel Tuncel Dogan – as reported by the Belarusian Defence Ministry’s Telegram channel
