Ban on exports of goods to Lithuania and Latvia lifted until December 31st in Vitebsk Region
The Vitebsk Region lifted a ban on exports of products to Lithuania and Latvia – following decision No. 288 of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee as of June 1st, posted on the National Legal Internet Portal, BelTA reports
Earlier, measures were taken to protect the domestic market following resolution No. 224 of Belarus’ Council of Ministers as of April 12th, 2022.
In line with decision No. 288, the ban on exports of goods for personal use by individuals from Belarus outside the customs territory of the EAEU – according to a list and in quantity stipulated by annex No. 224 as of April 12th, 2022 to the Resolution of the Council of Ministers – does not apply to goods purchased by individuals in case of their exports from Belarus to Latvia and Lithuania until December 31st, 2022.
