Ambassador: Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina concluded agreements in healthcare
Belarus has concluded a number of agreements with Milorad Dodik, the President of the Republic of Srpska of Bosnia and Herzegovina, primarily in the healthcare sector – as stated by Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Hungary Uladzimir Ulakhovich in his talk with the ONT TV channel
“The President of the Republic of Srpska of Bosnia and Herzegovina has recently had a very successful visit to Belarus. Good agreements have been reached between the countries, primarily, in the healthcare sector. The delegation has visited the transplant centre. Over twenty patients from Bosnia and Herzegovina have been already operated on at the facility, and they are very satisfied,” the Ambassador underlined.
“I’ll tell you for comparison, if to do a similar operation in the UK, a patient has to wait more than 2,000 days. The wait for a transplant operation in Belarus is 120 days. We really offer very high quality services of this kind,” the diplomat added.
