Aleinik: Belarus’ bid to join BRICS taken seriously
The invitation of Belarusian representatives to participate in the Foreign Ministers’ Meeting within the framework of the BRICS Plus dialogues is an indicator of trust and confirmation of the seriousness of the perception of our country’s application to join the BRICS – as stated by Belarus’ Foreign Minister Sergei Aleinik in his speech at the expanded session
The Foreign Minister thanked for Belarus’ invitation to first take part in the meeting, “We believe that this is an indicator of the trust of our partners and confirmation of the seriousness of the perception of Belarus’ application to join the BRICS,” Sergei Aleinik underlined.
“We highly appreciate this opportunity to share views on topical issues and steps that our countries can take to promote global security and sustainable development” the Belarusian diplomat noted.
