About 50 Belarusian enterprises present their products at Dushanbe business forum
A Belarusian-Tajik business forum and an exhibition of Belarusian products – Made in Belarus – opened in Dushanbe as part of an official visit of the President of Belarus to Tajikistan. As the Chairman of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Mikhail Myatlikov, informed, representatives of 73 Belarusian enterprises arrived at the forum, and 48 economic entities presented their products.
“Virtually all sectors of our economy are presented here: mechanical engineering, metallurgy, food, woodworking, light industry, and others. For some domestic producers, this is the first meeting with Tajik partners. The negotiations – that are taking place today between the business circles of both countries – create a new foundation that will give impetus to increasing trade turnover and the number of joint projects,” Mr. Myatlikov reported.
