The family as the main element of society has been and remains the guardian of human values, culture, historical continuity of generations, and a factor of stability. Thanks to the family, the state is developing and becoming stronger, while people’s welfare is growing. Strong and happy families are the state’s foundation, and Belarus is paying much attention to this sphere of life.
