60 representatives of various fields of activity honoured with state awards
State awards have been bestowed upon sixty representatives of various fields of activity, following a decree signed by President Aleksandr Lukashenko on September 7th, the Belarusian leader’s press service reports
Orders, medals and honorary titles were awarded to them for many years of fruitful work, high professionalism, excellent performance of official duties, courage and determination shown in rescuing people during fires, merits in military service and protection of the state border, significant personal contribution to the improvement of the tax system, the implementation of the country’s socio-economic policy, the development of forestry production, transport industry, engineering and agriculture, outstanding achievements in the fields of education, healthcare, science, culture and sports.
By his decree, Aleksandr Lukashenko also awarded some Belarusians with the Gratitude of the President of Belarus for many years of their fruitful work in the tax authorities, exemplary performance of official duties, serious achievements in professional activity, significant personal contribution to ensuring and strengthening the rule of law, as well as fruitful scientific and pedagogical activities, significant personal contribution to the training of highly qualified specialists for economic sectors.
