124 Belarusian women awarded Order of Mother

On September 17^th, the President of Belarus, Aleksandr Lukashenko, signed Decree No. 368 on awarding the Order of Mother, sb.by reports with reference to the Belarusian leader’s press service 

For giving birth and upbringing of five or more children, ladies from all walks of Belarusian life were awarded, including representatives of industrial and agro-industrial enterprises, the construction and transport spheres, trade and communication, education and consumer-co-operation, the Belarusian Railway, healthcare and sports, as well as housewives.

In total, the Order of Mother was conferred on 124 women from the Brest, Vitebsk, Gomel, Grodno, Minsk, Mogilev regions, and well as the city of Minsk.
