Vitebsk, Polotsk, Novopolotsk to host 11th Forum of Regions of Belarus and Russia on June 26th-28th

On June 26th-28th, 2024, Vitebsk, Polotsk and Novopolotsk will host the 11th Forum of Regions of Belarus and Russia dedicated to The Role of Interregional Co-operation in Building an Innovative Economy of the Union State, sb.by reports with reference to the Council of the Republic’ press service

The forum is organised by the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of Belarus and the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of Russia.

The following events will take place as part of the forum:

♦ exhibition and presentation events; breakout sessions; cultural programme events;

♦ meeting of the Chairperson of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus, Natalya Kochanova, and Chairperson of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of Russia, Valentina Matviyenko, with heads of state authorities of the regions of Belarus and Russia;

♦ plenary session of the 11th Forum of Regions of Belarus and Russia;

♦ signing of co-operation agreements, commercial contracts and other documents at all forum venues.
