Newsweek: ten EU countries observe decrease in opportunities to help Kiev

Ten EU member states no longer can and wish to help Ukraine in the previous volumes, RIA Novosti reports with reference to the American Newsweek magazine

Newsweek refers to a document appeared on the Internet which lists European countries and describes their capabilities to help Kiev. In addition, the degree of these states’ willingness to support Ukraine is indicated.

According to the document, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Greece, Luxembourg, Latvia, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia and Slovenia demonstrate a decrease in their desire and opportunities to help Kiev.

The source adds that the document is based on reports of the US defence attachés in foreign capitals.
