Iran ready for full-scale war with Israel if threat arises

Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said Iran does not want a direct clash with Israel, but will be ready for any attempts by the Jewish state to draw the Islamic republic into a full-scale war, TASS reports

According to Mr. Araghchi, “We [Iran] are prepared for war, even a large-scale one, but we do not desire it.” He added that, “If the Israelis choose the path of war, we are fully prepared.”

The top Iranian diplomat made a point that the US is primarily responsible for conflict settlement in the Middle East.
