Lukashenko invites Magadan Region to create JV on premises of Gomel’s Kristall jewellery factory

The President of Belarus invites Russia’s Magadan Region to set up a joint production on the premises of Gomel’s Kristall jewellery factory. Aleksandr Lukashenko discussed this topic during today’s meeting with Magadan Region Governor Sergei Nosov.

The Head of State drew attention to the fact that Belarus has clearly established legislation in the field of assay supervision and jewellery turnover.

“We have preserved our Kristall jewellery factory in Gomel since Soviet times. The company has many years of experience working with precious metals and stones. A wide range of goods is being produced, including jewellery, using Belarusian-cut diamonds. It is possible to work out options for creating a joint production facility based on your raw materials on the premises of this enterprise,” the Belarusian leader asserted.
