Lukashenko approved agreement on CIS Co-ordination Council on Forensic Activities

The President of Belarus, Aleksandr Lukashenko, has approved an agreement on the formation of the co-ordination council of the CIS member states in the field of forensic expertise, signing the corresponding Decree No. 177 on April 29th, sb.by reports with reference to the Head of State’s press service

The document designates the State Forensic Examination Committee as Belarus’ competent state body in the council.

The agreement was signed on October 13th, 2023 at a meeting of the CIS Heads of State Council in Bishkek. The co-ordination council is established to share experiences, implement organisational and practical measures aimed at improving the quality of forensic activities in the CIS member states.
