According to the source, Belarusian border guards met two migrants from Afghanistan in the Pruzhany District near the Polish border on May 6th. The men looked beaten, exhausted and asked for medical help.

An investigative task force arrived at the scene, and the migrants told investigators that they wanted to pass through Poland to France to reunite with their families, but were captured by a Polish patrol at the border. Six mercenaries in the military uniform knocked the unarmed foreigners to the ground and began beating them with batons, legs and arms.

"They sprayed pepper spray in our eyes, smashed our phones, then stabbed us in the back and threw us through the gate," one of the migrants said.

It is reported that medical assistance was provided to the Afghan citizens. Investigative actions are being carried out on the incident, and forensic medical examinations have begun.
