Lukashenko, Aliyev visiting Caspian Agro international exhibition
President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko and President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev have arrived at the Caspian Agro large international exhibition, and the two leaders plan to get acquainted with the expositions of Belarus and Azerbaijan and the implementation of joint projects in the field of agriculture
The Caspian Agro and Inter Food international exhibitions are held in Azerbaijan annually in May and are the largest forum of agriculture and food industry in the region. Confectionery, meat and dairy products, vegetables and fruits, juices, tea, tobacco, delicacies and other food products from leading manufacturers of the industry are present here. Other exhibits include equipment for processing fruits and vegetables, labelling equipment, agricultural machinery, innovative developments and technologies in the field of agriculture and food industry, and much more.
This year, about 500 companies from 38 countries are taking part in the exposition, but Belarus’ national pavilion is the largest one: 37 manufacturers from various sectors of the economy represent their products on an area of almost 300 square metres.
Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev visits these exhibitions annually and pays attention to the Belarusian exposition.
