Eleven soldiers injured during skydiving at NATO exercises in Sweden

Eleven soldiers were injured during skydiving during a NATO exercise in Sweden, RIA Novosti reports with reference to the Aftonbladet newspaper

According to the source, the incident occurred on May 7^th during the NATO Swift Response exercise in the village of Skillingaryd in the province of Smaland. Servicemen from the United States, Hungary and Italy were injured. Their lives are not in danger. Among the injuries received are fractures and wounds.

"Nine people were evacuated by helicopter, two were taken to the hospital," the Aftonbladet publication reads.
