Lukashenko revealed how Belarus ready to help Azerbaijan
Azerbaijan has achieved a lot in recent years, especially in terms of the return of the territories and the upcoming work on their revival – as noted by President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko after today’s talks with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev in Baku
“If you find a place for us in this great task of reviving these territories – where we can lend our shoulder, and it will be beneficial to you – we will do it with great pleasure. Moreover, we will do it like no one else in the world will do due to the deep respect and the relations between our fraternal peoples of Belarus and Azerbaijan,” the Head of State stressed.
The Belarusian leader noted that Azerbaijan has achieved a lot in recent years on this issue, “It’s a hard history. However, the territories have been returned, and they must be restored. This will probably be a much longer and no less difficult task that Azerbaijan will have to settle.”
The President rightly believes that it is not enough just to return people to these lands. It is necessary to create all conditions for this: to create new jobs and ensure a decent life for citizens. It will take years. Belarus is ready to lend a shoulder in this regard.
