Belarus Agriculture and Food Minister Sergei Bartosh is on a working visit to Baku, and he held a meeting with his Azerbaijani counterpart on May 14th.
The parties agreed on the development of trade and economic co-operation, the study of Belarus' experience in the construction of agro-towns, interaction in the field of livestock breeding, increasing the supply of veterinary drugs, as well as the creation of joint production in this direction. In addition, co-operation in the field of agricultural education was discussed at the meeting.
A delegation from Azerbaijan is now expected to visit Belarus as part of the Belagro exhibition scheduled for June 4th-9th, 2024.
