China blamed United States for emergence and escalation of Ukrainian conflict
Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Wang Wenbin said that the United States is directly responsible for the creation and development of the Ukrainian crisis to the current stage, TASS reports
Wang Wenbin noted that the United States, with its Cold War mindset, bears ‘irreparable responsibility for the emergence and aggravation of the Ukrainian crisis’. According to him, Washington is looking for enemies and does not seek peace.
The Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman added that Beijing urges Washington not to shift the blame to China and not to try to ‘drive a wedge between China and Europe’. He stressed that the American authorities should not continue to ‘add oil to the fire’ of the conflict, they should ‘do something practical for a political solution to the Ukrainian crisis’.
