Nazaruk: we see significant increase in mutual interest for further development of industrial co-operation
This was noted by Belarus’ Deputy Foreign Minister Igor Nazaruk in an interview with the sb.by portal, commenting on the results of the visit of the government delegation along the route Nizhny Novgorod - Almaty - Ulyanovsk
“As far as our co-operation with the Nizhny Novgorod Region is concerned, we are recording growth not only from Belarus, but also from our partners from this region, as well as from the Ulyanovsk Region. We see a significant increase, especially in recent times, of mutual interest in the further development of industrial co-operation,” the diplomat noted.
The Deputy Foreign Minister is convinced that the attention paid by the presidents and prime ministers of Belarus and Russia to this issue set the vectors for the further development of bilateral relations, “Governors - heads of regions - show high interest as head of processes at their level. All meetings were held in a very warm, friendly, mutually respectful atmosphere,” the Deputy Foreign Minister underlined. “There were no issues that would cause negative discussions. On the contrary, when the topics were identified, we showed interest, the initiative was immediately taken into account, instructions were given along the way: who was responsible for what, with whom to get in touch and what issues should be worked out with what dynamics.”
