Lukashenko on youth ideas and start-ups: the best, necessary, relevant projects will definitely be supported
The best and most in-demand ideas and start-ups will always be supported by the state – as noted by President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko during his today’s meeting in the open mic format with students of universities specialising in engineering and technical subjects
Answering the question about his attitude to commercial projects, Aleksandr Lukashenko said, “These issues are the core of my life. This is the essence of our country's development. There are five hundred of you here, and I am sure you have 500 ideas. Are they all needed? We will definitely support the best, necessary, relevant, and important projects.”
However, as noted by the Head of State, it is not enough to have just an idea: it is very important to convince those on whose support the author of the idea relies on. Aleksandr Lukashenko believes that not all ideas can be implemented. “The more ideas, the better. Our task is not to make mistakes, although there will always be mistakes in science. The idea must be life-needed and backed up by something.”
