Belarus praises SCO’s growing role in regional security

Andrei Andreev, the Consul General of Belarus in Shanghai, has taken part in the 15th International Conference of Central Asia and the Shanghai Co-operation Organisation – as reported by the Belarusian Consulate General in Shanghai

According to the Consulate General, in his speech, Mr. Andreev praised a growing role of the Shanghai Co-operation Organisation in solving topical issues of security and socio-economic development in the region. The diplomat also urged the SCO to deepen interaction and develop common approaches jointly with the Eurasian regional organisations, including the Collective Security Treaty Organisation and the Eurasian Economic Union.
